What are the new billing changes for Andersen Material Handling customers?

Customers receiving emailed invoices will receive their invoices from an andersenmh@billtrust.com email address. The invoice will contain the same information in a new, easy to read format. Furthermore, customers may choose to unlock the power of the Billtrust portal by enrolling as an eBill customer. This is optional, but beneficial.

How do I get access to the online billing portal?

Our newly designed invoices contain an enrollment token and account number. You’ll enroll to the online billing portal as a Billtrust eBill customer using the enrollment token and your account number.

How will I know when my bill is available?

Enrolled customers will receive an email notification with a link to the invoicing/payment site. The email notification will also include a PDF attachment of your invoice.

Do I need special training on how to use the portal?

No. The platform is very intuitive. While there is no formal training conducted, you can ask your Accounts Receivable Coordinator or email billtrusthelp@andersenmh.com for assistance.

Can I pay invoices online?

Yes. In fact, we encourage customers to take advantage of the online payment method through ACH.

Do I have to pay online?

At this time, online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage you to take advantage of this convenient service.

What payment methods does the portal accept?

You will be able to pay via ACH or with a credit card. (Note: a surcharge will apply to certain invoice types.)

I’d like to view my invoices online, but can they be printed?

Absolutely. You can view and print as many invoices as you’d like.

Will the invoice be attached to the Billtrust eBill email notification?

Yes. The invoice will be attached to the email notification as a PDF. In fact, you can “click to pay” right from the email.

Will each document have its own file, or will any of them be bundled together?

Each invoice (with signed work order where applicable) will be a separate document in the portal

I manage the payables for multiple locations at my company. Can I see them all in one place?

Yes, as a Billtrust eBill enrolled user, you can link as many accounts together as needed.
